The idol of lord venkteshwara is full of energy and life. It sustains and is untouched by chemical reactions like heat and cold maintaining a constant 110 degree Fahrenheit. This indication is observed when the Idol of God sweats to adjust temperature as observed by head priests and then they clear the sweat with a soft cloth. More over the idol's outer surface layer absorbs or releases (real reason still not known) water droplets and seems dampened.

Real long hair for the main idol of lord venkateshwara which is soft and lively but not visible from front side. It is said that these hair were offered by his devotee named gandharva who shaved and gave him her hair to cover up the area of his head where he lost some hair due to an injury. Thus most people offer their hair to lord venkateshwara swamy which also signifies that the devotee diminishes all ego withing himself.

The idol is placed on the right side inside this big shrine but it appears as if the lord is at the center. hence there is a lot of pace to left side.

The flowers, leaves, milk, ghee, nectar and other items used for the lord are made at a village which is not known to may and only the residents of the village know of this. More over when the lord is bathed, all the flowers and other things with which he was decorated will fall to he back side and flow to a river which is connected twenty kilometers away in tirumala.

It is said that when one (mostly priests) goes nearer to the idol or put his ears closer to the lord inside the shrine, they feel vibrations similar to that of produced by ocean waves.
